Social Media Policy
Tasracing engages in social media to promote discussion and debate on racing issues. We welcome feedback and endeavor to respond to messages.
Tasracing asks that the conversation on our pages is tolerant of other people's views.
Here are the basic guidelines for our social media news pages.
- All material on our site must be family friendly and respectful of a diversity of opinions. Posts shouldn't vilify individuals or attack them on the basis of personal characteristics such as religion or race. Offending posts will be removed without exception.
- If you follow Tasracing on Twitter, we won't automatically follow you back. This is to discourage the use of direct messaging and or spam.
- Tasracing encourages "friends" and "followers" on its pages but this doesn't imply endorsement of any kind.
- Advertising and promotional material will be deleted.
